This role will involve both account management and business development responsibilities across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid working model and be open to travelling withintheir region and to our Pune office as needed . Key Responsibiliti esManage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure sustained business and customer satisfactio n.Retain and defend business share in key accounts by offering effective technical and commercial suppor t.Identify and develop new customer accounts across target geographies and industry segment s.Conduct technical presentations and product demos tailored to customer need s.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer suppor t.Stay updated on product lines, market trends, and competitor activitie s.Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports on market activities and result s.
