Job Description

Allshores is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes. This role provides end-to-end project leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Manage project scope, budget, and timelines with full accountability.

Develop and oversee multiple project plans, including interdependencies with other initiatives and business units. Integrate organizational change management (OCM) strategies to prepare, support, and reinforce business unit transitions. Maintain and manage a comprehensive RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log.

Provide regular status updates to steering committees and leadership teams; establish and maintain project governance cadence. Coordinate project leads, stakeholders, vendors, SME’s and ensure appropriate participation in key meetings and sessions. Organize and manage meeting logistics, including documentation and distribution of meeting minutes.

Support intake, evaluation and prioritization of new project proposals. Track and report on benefits realization and project outcomes. Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and support. Skills & Experience: 8-10+ years of project management experience delivering complex, enterprise-level initiatives. Experience working in regulated or complex industries—particularly pensions or insurance—is considered a strong asset.

Relevant project management or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, PRINCE2, or similar) are highly desirable with expertise operating within PMO frameworks and governance structures. Proficient in multiple project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).

Deep knowledge of project governance, including risk/issue management, resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, RACI models, and stakeholder communications. Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. Experience managing cross-functional and virtual teams including internal and external stakeholders.

Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated success in delivering complex, high-impact projects. Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage conflict and navigate complex team dynamics.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
