Tulsian & Co. LLP is a four-decade-old multinational Chartered Accountancy firm with offices across India, Bhutan, USA, Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia, specializing in GST, Audit & Assurance, International Taxation, Advisory, Litigation, and Regulatory Compliance services. We are looking to recruit a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Senior Manager – GST & Audit for our Kolkata Head Office.

Eligibility Criteria Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) CA Drop-out candidates with substantial relevant experience may also be considered Mandatory experience of minimum 5 years in a managerial role in a reputed CA Firm in a similar profile Male Candidates only Candidates having prior experience in handling GST and Audit assignments independently in reputed CA Firms shall apply Immediate joining required Key Responsibilities GST Advisory, Compliance & Litigation Independently manage end-to-end GST compliances including: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C GST registrations, reconciliations, annual compliances and return filings Handle GST departmental audits, scrutiny, investigations, assessments, refund matters, and appeals Draft replies to Show Cause Notices, legal submissions, appeals, and departmental representations Independently appear before GST authorities and handle departmental proceedings Resolve client GST and audit-related queries on a regular basis Conduct regular client visits and departmental visits as part of assignment execution and representation work Stay updated with latest GST notifications, circulars, amendments, and judicial developments Audit & Assurance Lead and supervise internal audits, GST audits, and compliance reviews of corporates and business groups Conduct detailed ledger scrutiny, GST reconciliations, compliance reviews, and risk assessments Prepare comprehensive audit reports with practical and actionable recommendations Ensure compliance under GST, Income Tax, Labour Laws, and Companies Act provisions Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage a team of 20+ professionals across audit and indirect tax verticals Provide technical guidance and independently resolve complex issues Conduct internal training sessions and client workshops on GST and compliance matters Drive operational efficiency, assignment execution, and timely delivery of client engagements Industry Exposure Candidates having practical GST and audit experience in sectors such as: Education Manufacturing EXIM / Export Industry Retail Healthcare Trading Heavy Metals Infrastructure and other diversified sectors shall be preferred Technology & Systems Expert hands-on working knowledge of: Tally Prime SAP Busy Real Books ClearTax KDK Software and other major accounting and GST software platforms Client Relationship Management Independently manage client meetings, ongoing professional assignments, and long-term client relationships Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional interactions and deliverables Desired Candidate Profile Strong command over spoken and written English Strong analytical, drafting, and presentation skills Deep conceptual understanding of GST laws, rules, and practical implementation Ability to independently manage large assignments and cross-functional teams Strong leadership, professionalism, and problem-solving capabilities Compensation Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Compensation shall be commensurate with experience, expertise, and leadership capabilities) Application Process Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current remuneration details at: ishan@rtulsian.com info@rtulsian.com Contact: +91 9830503550 Whatsapp number : +91 6289107303 Location: Kolkata Head Office Only candidates meeting the above eligibility criteria and available for immediate joining shall apply.
