The role involves understanding customer journeys on the app, evaluating product changes, and partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to improve user experience and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify drop-offs and engagement opportunities Work closely with Product & Tech teams to evaluate impact of feature releases and experiments Develop strong understanding of event tracking and backend data schemas Partner with Performance Marketing & Growth teams to assess campaign performance and drive user acquisition/engagement insights Build and maintain dashboards, funnels, and cohort analyses Translate data into actionable insights for product and growth decisions 6-Month Charter - 0–2 months: Understand product flows, data structure, and key metrics; support ongoing analysis 3–4 months: Independently drive funnel and journey analysis; evaluate product changes 5–6 months: Own key metrics; contribute to growth and performance marketing initiatives; drive actionable recommendations Requirements - 4–5 years of experience in product/growth analytics Strong SQL and experience with tools like BigQuery, Tableau, Excel Experience working with product, engineering, and marketing teams Strong problem-solving and data-driven thinking Preferred - Experience in consumer tech / fintech (especially trading/investment platforms) Exposure to Product Analytics and/or Marketing Analytics
