Job Description

This role leads a small sales team focused on growing revenue across IT infrastructure solutions, including professional services, managed services, software and hardware. You will coach field and inside sales teams, strengthen customer relationships, and support growth across clearly defined target verticals. Our client is long recognized as a technical leader in its space.

Required Experience / Skills 2+ years in a sales management capacity leading account executives, inside sales, with comprehensive knowledge of sales operations support in a target-driven environment. 5+ years of successful IT infrastructure sales experience. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including professional services, managed services, hardware and software. Experience using Salesforce or another CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and sales activity tracking.

Ability to build customer, partner, and vendor relationships while coaching teams through both transactional and longer enterprise sales cycles. The base salary band for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. This role also includes additional compensation elements such as a performance bonus and retirement plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
