Job Description

Position Sales Manager – Full‑time, on‑site – Edmonton, AB. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, merchandising plans, and promotional campaigns.

Manage store operations including pricing, inventory purchasing, and day‑to‑day store management functions. Oversee payroll, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to foster a high‑performing team.

Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management. Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate marketing efforts to increase store visibility and attract new customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Requirements Proven experience in sales management and business development.

Strong skills in customer relationship management and account management. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience in the manufacturing or electrical components industry is a plus. Proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling.

Ability to manage budgets, perform bookkeeping tasks, and handle administrative responsibilities. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Experience in marketing, training & development, interviewing new staff, and supervising retail operations.

Knowledge of payroll processing and basic math skills for financial accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
