Drive rental revenue and profit objectives to new heights. Track and Improve: Monitor sales performance against plan, conduct regular sales meetings, and initiate impactful sales campaigns.

Manage rental rates and continuously strive to improve rate and utilization. Maintain close communication with branch operations personnel to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Assist the Credit Department in their collection efforts.

Collaborate with Fleet Management to pursue lucrative equipment sales opportunities. Keep everyone in the loop by reporting monthly on key sales activities and outcomes against the plan. Develop sales strategies for key market segments, contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Become highly involved in our marketing strategy through networking events, social media, and industry campaigns. What You’ll Bring to the Team Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 3 years in the construction equipment rental industry or equivalent, with at least 6 years of Sales Management experience. Strong time management, presentation, and negotiating skills.

Broad knowledge of construction equipment. A business undergraduate degree would be a significant asset. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Availability to travel regularly throughout the region; this is primarily a field-driven position. Very good problem-solving skills. Take pride in what you do and bring that enthusiasm to our team!
