Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our global sales and marketing initiatives—especially focused on the US market . The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to lead generation and pipeline growth for Worxwide’s IT and digital consulting services. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and qualify potential clients across industries for Salesforce, UX, AI, and ABM services.

Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. Maintain and update lead data in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Market Research & Account Intelligence Research target companies and build persona-based outreach lists.

Develop insights on potential client needs, industry trends, and digital transformation priorities. Campaign Support Execute multi-channel campaigns in coordination with marketing (email, social, events). Track performance metrics, conversions, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Relationship Development Engage and nurture prospective clients through meaningful conversations. Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery sessions for the senior consulting team. Must-Have Skills & Requirements Must have excellent communication skills.

Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach in international markets (especially US). Strong understanding of B2B sales and IT/digital services landscape Research-oriented mindset with the ability to profile companies and decision-makers effectively.
