Location: Chicagoland (Hybrid / In-Field) Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 Base + Performance Bonuses OTE: $140,000 – $200,000+ Reports To: Founder / Executive Team About TORQ Coatings TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing, marketing-driven concrete coatings company built on strong systems, elite execution, and a premium customer experience. We generate consistent, high-quality leads and operate with a proven in-home sales process. As we scale, we’re looking for a leader who can take full ownership of the sales organization and drive it to the next level.

The Opportunity We are hiring a Director of Sales to lead, scale, and optimize our entire sales function. This is a senior leadership role focused on strategy, structure, and performance, while staying close enough to the field to coach and develop the team. You will be responsible for building a high-performing sales organization, enforcing our systems, and driving predictable, profitable growth.

What You’ll Do Own and lead the full sales organization across markets Build, structure, and scale the outside sales team (in-home consultants) Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier sales talent and leaders Implement and enforce our proven sales systems and processes Establish KPIs, dashboards, and accountability across the team Drive revenue growth, close rates, and average ticket performance Lead weekly sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews Coach managers and reps through ride-alongs and deal support Collaborate with marketing and call center to maximize lead conversion Continuously improve sales training, scripts, and presentation systems Build a competitive, results-driven culture What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading and scaling a sales organization Strong background in in-home sales or home services Track record of building teams and hitting aggressive growth targets Deep understanding of KPIs, sales systems, and performance management Strong recruiter and developer of talent Player-coach mindset with willingness to be in the field when needed Data-driven, accountable, and results-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Why Join TORQ Opportunity to own and scale the entire sales organization High earning potential with strong performance upside Marketing-driven company with consistent lead flow Proven systems in place, ready to scale Clear path for growth into executive leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
