Company WBM Property Investment Ltd. Planning-Led Architectural & Development Consultancy (UK) Role Overview WBM Plandome is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in India with excellent communication skills and a clear, neutral / Crown English accent to manage appointment setting and sales closure for UK-based clients. This is a fully inbound role.

We already generate approximately 15–20 inbound leads per day through our marketing and enquiry channels. There is no cold calling involved. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, handling enquiries from initial contact through to sales closure, invoice payment and other miscellaneous tasks.

Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries from UK prospects • Qualify leads and understand client requirements • Book, confirm, and manage consultations • Follow up on missed calls and no-show appointments • Conduct sales calls and present services clearly and confidently • Progress prospects through the full sales cycle • Close deals and coordinate invoicing and payment follow-up • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up logs • Represent WBM Plandome professionally at all times • Maintain proper records, meeting notes, and issuing and preparing letters, presentations. Inbound Lead Volume • Average 15–20 inbound leads per day • Warm, high-intent enquiries • No cold outreach required Working Schedule • Monday to Saturday • Remote role (India-based) Compensation Structure Probation Period (First 6 Months) • Fixed salary: USD 300 per month • Focus on training, live calling, and performance ramp-up Post-Probation • Fixed salary: USD 400 per month • Clear scope for income growth based on performance Mandatory Requirements • Based in India • Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral / Crown-style pronunciation • Confident handling UK clients on phone and video calls • Own laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and a quiet professional work environment • Comfortable in a client-facing sales role • Strong follow-up discipline and communication skills Preferred Experience • Inbound sales, appointment setting, or client coordination • Experience dealing with international or UK clients • Sales, customer success, or business development background • CRM or lead management systems • 0-5 years of experience.
