Robotics Engineer

Job Description Job Description This is a remote position. This role supports both active client engagements and upcoming automation projects. Overview This role drives industrial automation initiatives through the development and deployment of robotic solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within fulfillment and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Program, configure, and deploy industrial robots (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Universal Robots) Integrate robotic systems with conveyors, vision systems, and controls platforms Develop and test robotic applications for palletizing, picking, and goods-to-person systems Optimize robotic cycle times, accuracy, and throughput performance Support simulation and modeling for system validation prior to deployment Troubleshoot robotic and integration issues during commissioning and production Collaborate with controls, software, and mechanical engineering teams Requirements Qualifications 3–7+ years of robotics engineering or automation experience Proficiency in robot programming and system integration Experience with vision systems, sensors, and EOAT design Knowledge of ROS, Python, or C++ preferred Experience in high-volume fulfillment or industrial environments Location: Remote or based at client sites depending on project requirements.
