For more information visit www.lohono.com About the Role β€’ Build and maintain pricing models, revenue trackers, and demand forecasts across property clusters and geographies. β€’ Analyse booking patterns, occupancy trends, ADR/RevPAR performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations. β€’ Develop and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance decks for internal and leadership review. β€’ Support pricing strategy decisions β€” seasonal rate setting, discount structuring, OTA channel management. β€’ Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyse large datasets from our data warehouse. β€’ Build Excel/Python-based models for scenario planning, what-if analysis, and budget forecasting. β€’ Collaborate with OTA, operations, marketing, and partnerships teams to surface revenue improvement opportunities. β€’ Assist in building and managing automated data workflows using tools like N8N or similar platforms. β€’ Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual Reporting and variance analysis. Must Have β€’ Microsoft Excel β€” advanced formulas, pivot tables, dynamic dashboards, scenario modelling β€’ SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) β€” complex queries, window functions, CTEs, aggregations β€’ Revenue & Pricing fundamentals β€” ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, demand elasticity, seasonality β€’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have β€’ Power BI / Tableau for dashboard building β€’ Python (pandas, numpy) for data wrangling and automation β€’ N8N or similar workflow automation tools β€’ OTA platform familiarity (MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, Booking.com) β€’ Financial modelling and MIS experience Education β€’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or a related field β€’ 3–6 years of experience in analytics, revenue management, or a data-heavy commercial role β€’ Hospitality, travel-tech, or e-commerce backgrounds preferred Work Timings: 10 am to 6:30 pm Working days: Monday to Friday
