Job Description Execute project tasks with precision and alignment to strategic objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflow efficiency and innovation Monitor and report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions Requirements Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree Experience: Experienced Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in stakeholder reporting Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in complex situations Knowledge of compliance standards and operational best practices Willingness to take initiative and drive results with minimal supervision Requirements Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).

Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Time and Motion Study, Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
