Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a dynamic surgical team. The OR RN will play a critical role in providing safe, high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment. Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms, surgical equipment, and instruments for procedures Provide direct patient care throughout the perioperative process Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures Monitor patients conditions and maintain sterile environments Administer medications and treatments as ordered Document patient care accurately and thoroughly Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state Associate or Bachelor s Degree in Nursing required BLS certification required; ACLS and/or CNOR preferred Previous Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment Schedule & Compensation: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Day, evening, and on-call shifts may be required Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plans, and continuing education opportunities Why Join Us?
