As a Co-Founder at EVONA, I’m excited to be growing our team and looking for ambitious, high-performing Recruitment Consultants to join us. We’re operating at the forefront of what will become the next trillion-dollar industry, partnering with companies that are fundamentally reshaping the world we live in. What we’re looking for: 3+ years’ experience in recruitment Proven 360 experience - confident in winning new business, developing existing accounts, and delivering top talent Strong track record of making placements and driving revenue Ideal background: Experience within a small to medium-sized recruitment business Exposure to hiring for VC-backed startups (Pre-Seed through Series B/C) Comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools to enhance recruitment processes As well as the above, we are looking for people who can allign with our values: Passionate - You love what you do Accountable - You own outcomes Consistent - You execute daily Evolving - You look to evolve not revolve Why EVONA?
