We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new luxury care home near Wolverhampton, offering specialist nursing, dementia, and residential care. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new service, recruit and develop a dedicated team, and ensure the home delivers the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities Commission and operationally lead the new service, covering nursing, dementia, and residential care. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing staff team to deliver outstanding care. Ensure CQC readiness from day one, embedding strong governance and compliance frameworks.

Drive occupancy and financial performance, ensuring long-term success and sustainability. Build strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, residents, families, and other key stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Home Manager or in senior care management.

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards). Nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN) preferred, with strong clinical and operational oversight. A proven track record in CQC compliance, team development, and driving occupancy.

Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills. Location The role is based near Wolverhampton, easily accessible from surrounding areas including Birmingham, Walsall, Cannock, and Sutton Coldfield.
