Job Summary Engineering Recruitment Consultant â Cardiff (CF10 1EW) Salary: Up to ÂŁ34,000 depending on experience plus uncapped bonus. Specialism: Engineering. Open to trainees with strong sales backgrounds. Responsibilities Grow a permanentâled engineering recruitment desk Recruit Quality Inspectors & Quality Managers, Design Engineers & Design Managers, Manufacturing & Engineering Management roles Develop longâterm client partnerships across South Wales Win new business through consultative, valueâled sales Sourcing, engaging and supporting skilled engineering candidates Work closely with colleagues across Cardiff, Bristol and Oxford Qualifications & Experience Experienced recruiter : Agency recruitment experience (any specialism considered), comfortable with business development and client management, motivated to build a desk and grow market share. B2B sales professional (careerâswitcher) : Proven success in B2B sales or account management, strong communication & relationshipâbuilding skills, commercial mindset & resilience, interested in transitioning into a professional recruitment career. Engineering experience is not required; training will be provided. A driving licence is preferred due to client visits, but not essential.
