Key Responsibilities 1.

QMS Deployment & Compliance Support implementation and upkeep of the site QMS in alignment with global Quality standards. Ensure process compliance to QMS requirements across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions. Assist in translating global QMS standards into site‑level practices and procedures .

Promote risk‑based thinking (RBT) in daily operations and process changes. 2. Documentation & Change Control Maintain and control QMS documents (procedures, work instructions, forms, checklists). Support document creation, revision, review, and obsolescence using approved document control systems.

Verify that latest approved documents are used at point of manufacture. Assist in change management (GCP / ECN / SOP revisions) from a QMS compliance perspective. 3. Audit Support (Internal & External) Support internal audits, system audits, and layered process audits (LPAs) .

Prepare audit evidence, records, and compliance demonstrations. Support external audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer audits). Track and follow up on audit findings, observations, and action items . 4.

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) Support CAPA management for audit findings, deviations, and systemic issues. Ensure root cause analysis (RCA) and effectiveness checks are completed on time. Monitor closure status and raise aging or at‑risk actions .

Support systemic learning and lessons‑learned sharing . 5. Metrics, targets & Management Review Support Collect and validate QMS targets and metrics (audit performance, CAPA health, compliance trends). Support Management Review preparation (data compilation, charts, summaries).

Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and consistency across reports. 6. Process Improvement & CI Support Identify QMS gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities . Participate in Kaizen, OE, and continuous improvement projects .

Support standardization and simplification initiatives across processes and sites. Encourage first‑time‑right and prevention approach . 7. Training, Awareness & Communication Support QMS training deployment and compliance tracking.

Assist in creating simple, user‑friendly QMS awareness materials . Act as a QMS point‑of‑contact for shop‑floor and functional questions. Promote quality culture and field across teams. 8.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Manufacturing & Process EngineeringProduct & Test QualityEHS, Facilities, IT, Supply Chain Support site programs during ramp‑up, line changes, and new product introduction .
