Job Title: Associate Implementation Engineer Branch Technology Refresh Job Summary The Associate Implementation Engineer (AIE) supports the Branch Technology Refresh (BT Refresh) program by coordinating and executing technology infrastructure activities for branch locations. This role partners closely with Project Managers, infrastructure vendors, and internal technology teams to ensure branch refresh projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with defined standards. The Associate Implementation Engineer will manage assigned BT Refresh locations, support site surveys, remediation activities, track project status , project spend, and ensure accurate communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for an early career engineer developing technical, project coordination, and vendor management skills. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Execution: Support end to end execution of Branch Technology Refresh projects, including site surveys, remediation, installation, and closeout activities. Coordinate with infrastructure vendors to schedule site surveys, remediation work, and post install activities.

Review survey results and facilitate post survey discussions with vendors and internal stakeholders. Assist with Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), and invoice validation for approved scope. Ensure branch locations are restored to full operational status following remediation and installation.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned BT Refresh locations. Communicate clearly and professionally with Project Managers, branch Points of Contact (POCs), vendors, and internal teams. Provide regular project status updates (weekly or biweekly, at minimum) to Project Managers and upper management.

Respond to project related emails and requests within established service expectations (typically within 24 hours). Escalate risks, issues, or delays to the Team Lead or management in a timely manner. Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate and up to date project records in enterprise systems such as ServiceNow and SharePoint .

Track project milestones, vendor deliverables, and spending against approved scope. Ensure required project documentation is completed and stored in shared team locations. Verify receipt of vendor completion photos, sign offs, and invoices prior to project closeout.

Operational Support & Professional Conduct: Follow established BT Refresh processes, standards, and quality expectations. Participate in team meetings, cadence calls, and training activities. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and collaboration across all interactions.

Ensure proper handoff and communication of project status prior to PTO or extended absences. Training & Development: Onboard training will be provided. Exposure to different types of locations and kinds of businesses Progressively take on increased responsibility and complexity as performance and proficiency develop.

Required Qualifications: Associates degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (networking, cabling, hardware, site readiness). Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); familiarity with SharePoint or ServiceNow preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, multivendor environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting technology refreshes, facility projects, or infrastructure deployments. Exposure to vendor coordination or project-based work. Work Environment: Primarily office based with collaboration across distributed teams and vendors Remote or Hybrid based on state of residence
