Project Manager - Main Contractor Leicester | £70,000 - £80,000 + Package A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship £17m Leisure Centre project in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established contractor with a strong pipeline of public sector and leisure developments across the Midlands. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the project from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role Managing the full lifecycle of a £17m leisure centre scheme Leading site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships Overseeing programme, budget, quality, and health & safety Chairing progress meetings and reporting to senior management Driving project delivery to achieve programme milestones Coordinating with design teams and consultants Ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor Track record delivering projects valued £10m or more Experience within leisure, education, healthcare, or public sector projects preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme performance Package Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 DOE Company car or car allowance Bonus scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension package Long‑term career progression opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
