Collaboration: Align Ops, Product, Finance, and Growth teams on goals and accountability. Blocker Resolution: Escalate bottlenecks, synthesize progress, and feed learnings back into strategy. D.

Functional & Analytical Skills Must-Have: Direct ownership of business targets/P&L, cross-functional program management, and the ability to turn data into a strong point of view. Good-to-Have: Consumer tech/marketplace experience, SQL/BI tool familiarity, and a background in category management or BizOps. Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose ambiguous problems, separate signal from noise, and balance big-picture strategy with weekly operational details. 2.
Communication & Influence Decision-Driven: Writes sharp updates aimed at driving action, not just awareness. Influence: Builds alignment across teams without formal authority; comfortable challenging leadership when backed by data. 3. Personality Fit Dual Focus: Equally strategic and operational (zooms out to plan, zooms in to fix).
High Ownership: Proactive problem solver, and highly trusted cross-functionally. Ambiguity-Ready: Brings structure and clarity to fluid situations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to master complex business nuances and accelerate their strategic growth.
