Program Manager Managed Accounts

Overview As a Managed Accounts Program Manager at Fidelity Investment Canada, you will build governance, operating rhythm, and delivery discipline required to execute a portfolio of strategic initiatives for the discretionary platform. The role partners across business and technology—including legal, risk, compliance, finance, marketing, service, and operations—to align scope, resources, timelines, and dependencies. Location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026, then move to Mississauga office).

Hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Establish structure and proactively manage portfolio of projects through strong project governance and control. Define complex business initiatives and provide end-to-end project management and coordination across stakeholder groups.

Actively engage with project teams, working committees, and external vendors. Program lead for the implementation of solutions to deliver exceptional client experiences, operational excellence and change management. Qualifications University degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of project management experience in the financial industry, specifically wealth management.

PMP or PgMP certification is required; CFA or CSC is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to organize complex programs with strong attention to detail, time management, people management, and technology support. Experience with cross‑functional, cross‑hierarchy work and effective communication and relationship building.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to illustrate key concepts/processes/structures in compelling slides. Skills Detail oriented; able to analyze and synthesize information to identify issues and solutions. Expert knowledge of project management and development methodologies.

Strong organization and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey complex business needs to broad stakeholders. Independent, curious, risk taker who thrives in fast‑paced, changing environments.

Compensation Base Salary: $115,000–$139,000 annually, based on experience. Discretionary Performance Bonus. RRSP contribution after 6 months of employment (no employee matching required).
