Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced professional with 5 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing and production. The role will primarily focus on scaling up NPD batches, managing tech transfers across multiple manufacturing locations, and driving cost optimization initiatives. Travel involved: 15 days per month across manufacturing locations Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage commercial scale-up of NPD batches Lead technology transfers across multiple manufacturing sites Work on ingredient replacement and cost-efficient batch optimization Coordinate with R&D, production, and external manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related challenges during scale-up Requirements: 5 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing/production Strong understanding of batch processing, scale-up, and tech transfer Hands-on experience with personal care/cosmetic formulations Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Why Join Us: Fast-growing D2C brands with high ownership and growth potential.
