Production Manager

Our client, a leading player in the Packaging & Printing sector, is looking for an experienced General Manager – Production to lead manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence. Key Requirements: 18–25 years of experience in Packaging, Printing, Paperboard Cartons, Labels, Flexible Packaging, FMCG Packaging, or related manufacturing industries Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Printing Technology (Preferred) B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end production and plant operations • Drive OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance and customer satisfaction • Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements • Improve productivity, machine utilization, OEE, and manufacturing efficiency • Implement cost optimization initiatives across labor, overtime, and operational expenses • Lead continuous improvement programs including Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S • Develop and mentor large production teams while building a high-performance culture • Drive plant modernization, automation, and strategic growth projects • Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in managing large manufacturing facilities Strong expertise in Process Engineering, PPC, Production Planning, Quality, and Plant Management Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills Track record of driving productivity improvements and operational transformation
