Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives.

This role will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to deliver products that create measurable value for customers and support business grow th. Position Su mmary The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering customer and stakeholder requirements, managing product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams through the product life cycle. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytical thinking, customer empathy, and technical understanding to deliver products that solve real-world healthcare challenges while supporting company obje ctives.

Key Responsi bilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company ob jectives. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging indust ry trends. Develop business cases and prioritize initiatives based on customer value and busin ess impact.

Collaborate with leadership to align product investments with stra tegic goals. Create and maintain prod uct roadmaps. Define product requirements, user stories, and accept ance criteria.

Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and technical considerations. Ensure roadmap transparency acro ss stakeholders. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and competit ive intelligence.

Conduct customer interviews and product d iscovery sessions. Understand user workflows and pain points to identify opportunit ies for innovation. Translate customer insights into actionable p roduct requirements.

Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, QA, Operations, and Cu stomer Success teams. Facilitate communication between business and t echnical stakeholders. Ensure alignment across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Support change management and produ ct adoption initiatives. Lead product development initiatives fro m concept through launch. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog groom ing, and release planning.

Monitor project progress and proactively addr ess risks and dependencies. Ensure timely delivery of hi gh-quality product releases. Define and track prod uct KPIs and success metrics.

Analyze user behavior, product adoption, a nd customer satisfaction data. Identify opportunities for p roduct optimization and growth. Use data-driven in sights to guide decisio n-making.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administrati on, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of Product Management experience withi n a SaaS or technology environment. Proven experience managing software products through the full product lifecycle. Strong understanding of Agile methodologi es and product development processes.

Excellent communication, stakeholde r management, and presentation skills. Strong an alytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience translating busines s requirements into technical solutions.
