Product Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a result-oriented Product Manager with 4+ years of experience, preferably in payments/fintech with exposure to payment gateways, to drive product strategy, development, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch impactful products aligned with customer needs and business goals. Location: Bengaluru Key Responsibilities: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap Gather customer insights, conduct market & competitor analysis Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams Manage end-to-end product lifecycle Prioritize backlog and ensure timely delivery Track product performance using defined KPIs Lead product launches and continuously improve user experience Qualifications & Skills: 4+ years of Product Management experience ( payments/fintech preferred ) Strong understanding of product lifecycle & Agile methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence Data-driven mindset with exposure to product metrics Experience in payment systems, transactions, or financial platforms Familiarity with payment gateways and standards (e.g., PCI-DSS) is a plus Interested candidates, please share your profile at: drishti.sah@careernet.in OR apply directly.
