Product Manager - Fully Remote | Full-time Our Mission To change how organizations work. Trao is an AI R&D lab for mid-market and enterprise companies. We research, design, build, and deploy software and AI systems.

The Role This is a Product Manager role. You will sit at the intersection of sales, product, design, and strategy. You will help lead client conversations and Trao’s B2B growth motion while shaping how our products look, feel, and communicate value.
This is a high-agency, high-ownership role for someone who is technical and understands how to build and sell AI-native systems. Work Style & Expectations 6 days a week, 9 hours/day Fully remote You will often work beyond 9 hours Fast timelines, real deadlines, real ownership Daily collaboration with founders and engineers High-performance bar If you are not deeply driven by execution, design quality, and revenue impact, this role will not be a good fit. What You’ll Do 1.
Lead B2B Growth & Sales Manage enterprise and mid-market sales cycles end-to-end Run outbound and relationship-driven GTM motion Build and refine positioning for AI-native offerings Lead discovery calls and translate business problems into technical scopes Manage key client relationships Close deals and own revenue outcomes Help design repeatable sales systems You will help architect the GTM motion. 2. Drive Product Vision & Design Quality Work closely with engineers to shape AI-native workflows Manage the design of high-fidelity product mockups in Figma Ensure pixel-perfect UI and strong UX clarity Translate complex AI systems into intuitive product experiences Shape storytelling across decks, proposals, landing pages, and demos Maintain high design taste across everything we ship We care deeply about design precision and clarity of thought.
