Profile - Product Manager Qualifucation - Btech (IIT, NIT, IIM preferred) Experience - 2+ years Preferred Industry: E-Commerce, NBFC, Fintech Responsibilities : User Experience & Growth : Identify user needs and market opportunities to enhance the product experience, drive user growth, and increase conversion through continuous iteration and A/B testing. KPI Ownership : Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attach rate, conversion rate, approval rate, and user engagement, while balancing with risk metrics like default rate. Feature Development : Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
Work closely with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver impactful features. Data Analysis & Insights : Utilize data analytics (SQL, Excel, analytics tools) to monitor product performance, analyze user behavior, application funnels, and credit funnel performance to derive actionable insights for product improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with credit, underwriting, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and operational efficiency.
Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats. Required Skills : Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of product features, from ideation to launch and growth. Strong understanding of consumer lending products, user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and key financial product KPIs (attach rate, conversion, default rates), credit policies and risk metrics.
Hands-on skills with SQL and Excel; ability to independently work on datasets and generate insights. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across diverse teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
