Plant & Equipment Data Performance Analyst V.I.E Contract - Colas

Key Responsibilities Analyze plant and equipment data to identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements. Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to provide real‑time insights to Plant & Transport Managers. Integrate telematics and ERP (SAP) data streams, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems. Collaborate with Workshop and Operational teams to implement digital tools and streamline maintenance workflows. Support the Data & Digital Innovation Manager in deploying new analytics solutions and training end‑users. Requirements Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience creating interactive Power BI reports and visualizations. Knowledge of SAP ERP modules related to asset management and maintenance. Familiarity with telematics systems and asset performance metrics.
