We craft intentional, screen-free nature experiences, hidden trails, and farm-to-table weekend trips specifically curated for city families, kids, and pets. The Role: Meta Ads Specialist (Part-Time / Remote) We are looking for a sharp, metrics-driven specialist whose sole focus is setting up, running, and scaling our paid acquisition funnel on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) .

No multi-platform multitasking, no email marketing, no organic content management, and no fluff—just pure performance media buying to drive direct bookings. What you will do: Run Meta Ads: Lead the strategy, daily execution, and optimisation of ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Drive Inquiries: Build and optimise high-converting Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns to scale our weekend trip bookings.

Audience Targeting: Create precise custom and lookalike audiences to reach premium, high-intent city parents and pet owners. Retargeting: Set up clean retargeting loops to capture warm website visitors and engaged social media users. Performance Tracking: Continuously run creative testing and track CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) to maximise our overall return on ad spend.

Qualifications: Proven experience managing budgets and scaling profitable campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager. Mastery of audience segmentation on Instagram/Facebook—you know how to target a premium, safety-conscious consumer market in Mumbai. Strong analytical skills to read campaign data and translate insights into quick ad optimisations.

Experience scaling travel, hospitality, premium lifestyle, or D2C consumer brands is a major advantage. Located in Mumbai (preferred for local consumer alignment and team syncs).
