Job Description 1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies that align with broader business and marketing goals. 2. Content Creation: Produce, format, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X). 3.
Community Management: Foster brand loyalty by monitoring social channels, responding to comments/direct messages, and facilitating client engagements. 4. Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rates, and conversions to evaluate success and optimize future content. 5. Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and viral formats to keep the brand relevant. 6.
Campaigns & Influencers: Manage social advertising budgets, coordinate promotional campaigns, and collaborate with creators or influencers. Essential Skills & Qualifications ร Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills to write compelling captions and adapt tone to the brand's voice. ร Design: Basic proficiency in tools like Canva, or mobile editing apps to create visually appealing assets. ร Platform Fluency: Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Deep understanding of how different social networks operate and the specific types of content that perform best on each. ร Data Literacy: Ability to read and interpret analytics to make informed, strategic decisions. ร Organization: Experience using social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite). CTC: Up to โน10 Lakhs per annum
