Role Description The Outreach Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area, focused on building and maintaining relationships that support digital growth initiatives.

This role involves identifying and contacting potential partners, publishers, and influencers for link-building and high-authority placements, as well as managing ongoing communication and follow-ups. The Outreach Specialist will research relevant websites and communities, craft personalized outreach messages, and coordinate collaborations that enhance SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts. Daily tasks include tracking outreach campaigns, maintaining databases and reporting, working closely with the SEO and content teams to align outreach with overall strategy, and supporting lead generation and brand visibility initiatives.

The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing outreach processes, and ensuring all communication reflects Shah Web Solutions’ brand voice and ethical standards. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including professional email writing, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities. Experience with digital marketing outreach, such as link-building, influencer partnerships, publisher relations, or PR-focused campaigns.

Research and analytical skills to identify relevant opportunities, assess site authority, and evaluate outreach performance. Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools (e.g., backlink profiles, domain authority, keyword strategies) to support search-focused outreach. Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple outreach campaigns, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.

Comfort working on-site in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area and collaborating with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, development, and marketing). Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or outreach platforms, email automation tools). Relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field; a degree or formal training in marketing, communications, or business is beneficial but not required.
