We are partnering with a fast‑growing, founder‑led eCommerce company in the consumer products space that has scaled from a self‑funded startup to a multi‑million‑dollar valuation in a short period of time. The business operates globally, manufactures overseas, and sells primarily through Amazon. The founder is now seeking a Senior Operations Manager to step into a critical, high‑impact role — someone who can learn the business deeply, build trust across the supply chain, and ultimately take ownership of day‑to‑day operations as the company enters its next phase of growth.
This is a rare opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial operator to become the “right hand” to a founder and help shape the future of a rapidly scaling brand. What You’ll Be Doing • Take ownership of end‑to‑end operations for a growing eCommerce business • Act as a central point of coordination between: ○ Overseas manufacturing partners ○ Logistics and fulfillment ○ Customer service workflows ○ Marketing and technical resources • Manage and strengthen relationships with international vendors, with a focus on: ○ Quality control ○ Reliability and timelines ○ Risk mitigation and supplier diversification • Identify operational gaps and build processes where none currently exist • Partner closely with the founder to understand the vision, then execute independently • Gradually assume responsibility so the founder can step back from daily execution • Support future team growth as additional hires are added over the next 12–18 months Who We’re Looking For • A proven operations professional with experience in: ○ eCommerce or consumer products ○ Complex, fast‑moving, founder‑led environments ○ Vendor or supplier management (international experience strongly preferred) • Someone who understands North American consumer culture and modern customer expectations • A self‑starter who thrives with autonomy, ambiguity, and accountability • High integrity, strong judgment, and excellent communication skills • Hungry — motivated by growth, ownership, and building something meaningful Comfortable starting in a remote environment, with interest in transitioning to a hybrid setup as the business establishes a physical office
