Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across warehouse, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery functions.

This role includes managing inventory accuracy, optimizing order processing workflows, and ensuring timely, high-quality customer deliveries. The Operations Manager will coordinate with procurement, logistics partners, and customer service teams to maintain product availability and service standards. The position also involves monitoring key performance indicators, implementing process improvements, enforcing safety and quality guidelines, and leading, training, and mentoring operations staff.

The Operations Manager will support strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and uphold Frugivore’s sustainability and customer experience goals. Qualifications Experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG environments. Strong skills in process optimization, workflow planning, and inventory control to ensure efficient daily operations.

Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, forecast demand, and drive data-informed decisions. Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, including performance management, scheduling, and training. Knowledge of warehouse management practices, safety standards, and quality control procedures.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Comfort with technology platforms such as ERP systems, order management tools, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced education is an advantage.

Prior experience in food, grocery, or perishable products operations and familiarity with sustainability-focused practices is a plus.
