Operations Manager

A well established and award winning Principle Contractor are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be covering sites across the Yorkshire and East Midlands region. The company are leaders within their field and work within the Social Housing sector, providing retrofit and decarbonisation services to tenanted Social Housing properties.

The company have an established client base of Local Authorities and Housing Associations and have a healthy pipeline of future works. Responsibilities Report to the Directors of the business Deal with contracts at a high level, assisting in the growth and continued expansion of the business Manage the day to day operations of the business, and ensure best practice Manage renewable energy contracts from pre‑construction/survey through to delivery and aftercare stages Manage a team of Contracts Managers and their subsequent reports Deliver successful presentations to Clients Develop and maintain relationships with clients Promote and maintain the highest standards of health and safety Provide financial reporting Qualifications Strong construction background and knowledge of the delivery of retrofit contracts within Social Housing, under the SHDF fund Knowledge of PAS:2035 Personable and approachable, with strong leadership, commercial and people management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
