Galls/Uniform Works- Outside Sales Representative Uniform Works, powered by GALLS is seeking a National Sales Manager.

This role will be responsible for driving national sales strategy, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, and expanding key customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, business development expertise, and a proven ability to deliver consistent revenue and margin growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share growth targets.

Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals and ensure alignment across regions and sales teams. Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of outside sales representatives and account managers across Canada. Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture focused on results and customer success. Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship to enhance sales effectiveness and professional growth.

Partner with HR and leadership to recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent. Business Development & Key Accounts Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key national and regional accounts. Support the sales team in closing complex deals, contract negotiations, and large-scale opportunities.

Act as a senior escalation point for customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Drive strategic account planning and long-term partnership development. Contracting & Strategic Initiatives Oversee RFI/RFP strategy and execution, partnering with Contract Management and Sales teams to secure new business.

Lead negotiations for national contracts and multi-year agreements. Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of key accounts, including product solutions and operational alignment. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Inside Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Provide insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product and pricing strategies. Collaborate on forecasting, budgeting, and business planning with senior leadership. Market Intelligence & Industry Engagement Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in uniforms, duty gear, and body armour.

Represent Uniform Works at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Analyze competitive landscape to identify risks, opportunities, and differentiation strategies. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience, including sales management and leadership Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams Experience in B2B sales, preferably within uniforms, apparel, equipment, or public safety sectors Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Results-driven with strong business acumen and financial understanding Ability to influence and build relationships at executive and operational levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments Technical & Other Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems Valid Driver’s License required Frequent travel required (national travel across Canada) WHAT WE OFFER Excellent medical/dental and vision coverage— Eligible 1st day of the month after start date 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution (because you will retire someday) Flexible benefits—choose what you like, ignore the rest Generous employee discount Vacation and Personal Time Paid Holidays Tuition reimbursement EOE/Disability/Veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
