Must have 10+ years of IT experience. The role is heavily focused on designing meaningful customer journeys, campaign automation, and integration strategy rather than just CRM administration. โข S t rong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights โ Journeys (mandatory) โข Expertise in customer journey design, campaign orchestration & marketing automation โข Experience with consent/subscription management and customer engagement workflows โข Ability to integrate D365 Customer Insights with CRM, analytics, and enterprise systems โข Strong techno-functional background working as D365 Consultant / BA / Product Manager / Marketing Consultant โข Experience advising stakeholders on tool selection, implementation strategy & best practices โข Financial Services / Investment Management domain experience preferred
