CÉ LA VI Mumbai is seeking a driven and sophisticated Membership Sales Manager to lead the growth and management of our exclusive Lounge membership program, delivering a highly personalised and premium experience to our VIP clientele. Membership Sales Manager Responsibilities: Drive the acquisition of new Lounge memberships by targeting high-value, premium, and VIP clientele. Develop bespoke membership proposals tailored to each prospect’s lifestyle, preferences, and expectations.

Actively network and build strategic relationships with affluent individuals, corporate partners, and luxury communities to secure new memberships. Conduct thorough qualification to ensure all potential members align with the exclusivity and brand positioning of CÉ LA VI. Manage the full lifecycle of memberships, including onboarding, renewals, benefits, access privileges, and entitlements with precision and discretion.

Ensure seamless member onboarding through personalised orientations and concierge-style service. Serve as the primary point of contact for all members, handling requests, feedback, and special expectations with exceptional care. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with VIP guests through consistent, high-touch engagement.

Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak hours to elevate service delivery and enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor member engagement and usage patterns, proactively recommending enhancements to elevate their experience. Maintain updated and confidential member profiles, preferences, and engagement history.

Collaborate closely with operations, reservations, and VIP services teams to ensure seamless experiences across all touchpoints. Support premium service delivery, including guest hosting, table service, and personalised touches during VIP visits and events. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow membership revenues and drive sustained profitability.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across dining, lounge experiences, events, and special packages. Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns, member-only events, and exclusive activations. Protect the exclusivity of the venue by maintaining strict control over guest lists, membership vetting, and access protocols.

Maintain accurate membership records, including contracts, payments, renewals, and expiries. Support management in developing membership policies, pricing strategies, and benefit structures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in membership sales, luxury hospitality, or high-end lifestyle environments.

Strong network within affluent, VIP, or corporate communities, with a demonstrated ability to drive high-value sales. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging high-profile and influential guests. Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals while maintaining a highly personalised approach.

Impeccable service standards and attention to detail, with a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and service excellence.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
