About Markivis We're a B2B marketing agency that does the hard part of marketing โ€” making complex, intangible products and services land with the right buyers. We run demand and content programs for IT and SaaS companies like Tata Communications, HCLTech, Bosch BGSW, Apexon, Xoriant and Persistent. We're a HubSpot Gold Partner.

Here's the honest part: we're good at marketing for our clients, and like most agencies, we under-invest in marketing ourselves. This role exists to fix that. You'll own the Markivis brand and pipeline end to end โ€” and you'll run the events that put us in front of the people we want to work with.

About the Role You own Markivis's own marketing. Brand, content, demand generation, website, social, email, and the events program โ€” all of it. You won't be handed a finished playbook; you'll build it, run it, and show what it returns.

You'll work directly with the founder, the client services and design teams, and our HubSpot stack. It's a builder's role, not a coordinator's. If you like owning a number, shipping work yourself, and standing up an events calendar from scratch, you'll do well here.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Content Maintain and evolve Markivis's brand voice and positioning across all channels Drive thought leadership โ€” LinkedIn posts, articles, and points of view from the founder and team Build and maintain the case study library, sales decks, and one-pagers Own markivis.com content, structure, SEO and AEO Demand Generation Build and run the inbound engine that brings Markivis qualified conversations Manage our own HubSpot instance hands-on โ€” campaigns, workflows, landing pages, attribution Run newsletters, nurture sequences, and lifecycle email programs Manage LinkedIn-first organic and paid social Events Plan and own the annual events calendar โ€” roundtables, webinars, partner sessions, industry events Execute end-to-end: concept, budget, venue, vendors, invites, run-of-show, post-event follow-up Drive attendance and ensure every event converts into content and pipeline Key Performance Indicators Marketing-sourced pipeline value (โ‚น per quarter) Event ROI โ€” leads & influenced pipeline per event Content velocity & engagement (monthly) HubSpot campaign performance โ€” MQL to SQL conversion rate What We're Looking For 8โ€“12 years in B2B marketing, ideally IT, SaaS, or professional services Demonstrable demand-gen track record โ€” you've owned pipeline, not just activity Hands-on HubSpot experience (campaigns, workflows, reporting) Real event management experience including budgets and vendors Strong writing and content instincts Comfort with SEO/AEO fundamentals and marketing analytics Nice to Have Agency background or in-house at a B2B tech/services firm HubSpot certifications Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing workflows Reports to: Founder & CEO Apply: intranet.markivis.com/apply/marketing-manager-2026-916d4 Learn more about us: www.markivis.com
