Job Title: Head of Marketing Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai Work Mode: Full-time | Work From Office Experience Required: 5-10 Years Position Overview The Head of Marketing will lead the Marketing and Communications vertical across multiple brands, driving strategic marketing initiatives for both Indian and international markets. This role requires a senior leader who can build brand visibility, manage high-impact communication strategies, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and lead a high-performing team to support revenue growth and long-term brand equity. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Implementation Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and client goals to drive revenue.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities. Conduct market research to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Identify and implement scalable growth strategies to expand the business.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts. Strengthen brand visibility and reputation through impactful campaigns and initiatives. Secure a defined number of collaborations per month as per KRAs for each client.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee all outgoing content and communications, ensuring 0% errors and high-quality standards. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and excellence across all marketing materials.

Team Management Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing communications team to achieve high performance. Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Build and manage a high-performing, motivated marketing team.

Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and recognize team achievements. Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and outcomes.

Client Management & Retention Implement strategies to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention. Conduct regular client reviews to understand evolving needs and resolve issues proactively. Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with existing clients through customized marketing initiatives. Collaboration & Revenue Generation Plan and manage collaborations with clients, influencers, and high-profile celebrities to enhance brand reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, celebrities, and strategic partners.

Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns. Develop marketing promotions aimed at acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Personality Traits Strong leadership, communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.

Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven mindset. Passion for marketing with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a PR or Marketing Communications agency. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to lead and inspire teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
