The promoters have curated multiple real estate developments across Shimla and North India with an aggregate development potential of over 40 lakh sq. ft. About the Role We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Content Writer / Content Strategist to create engaging, persuasive, and high-quality content across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills and the ability to transform ideas, research, and business objectives into impactful content that strengthens brand positioning, drives engagement, and supports lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities ✍️ Create fresh, unique, and reader-friendly content for: · Website Pages · Project Descriptions · Blogs & Articles · Social Media Posts & Captions · Brochures & Marketing Collaterals · Email Marketing Campaigns · WhatsApp Marketing Content · Google & Meta Ad Copies · Press Releases · Newsletters · Customer Communication & CRM Campaigns · Landing Pages and Lead Generation Campaigns Develop compelling content, scripts, taglines, and brand messaging for marketing campaigns. Create content strategies that improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to produce relevant and differentiated content.

Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms. Write content highlighting project features, location advantages, lifestyle benefits, and investment opportunities in the real estate sector. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications ✔ Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. ✔ Experience writing content for websites, social media platforms, brochures, articles, press releases, and marketing campaigns. ✔ Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content structuring abilities. ✔ Ability to write for different audiences and communication channels. ✔ Highly presentable, confident, and an effective communicator. ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. ✔ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. ✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and mature in professional interactions. ✔ Understanding of digital marketing, social media content, and brand communication. ✔ Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools will be an added advantage. ✔ Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Real Estate, Luxury Brands, or Digital Marketing industries.
