Manufacturing Manager

What You'll Do You'll own the day-to-day execution of manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are consistently met. * Lead production planning, scheduling, and execution using SAP Business One * Run daily production meetings and align team priorities to meet shipment goals * Manage capacity planning across labor and equipment * Drive performance through key KPIs: on-time delivery, efficiency, scrap, and FPY * Partner daily with Quality, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues and support MRB activity * Ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD standards * Maintain strong 5S discipline and a clean, organized production environment * Monitor labor and material usage to optimize cost and output * Lead backlog reviews and collaborate on production priorities * Provide visibility to customers through coordinated delivery updates Leadership & Team Development This role is about more than output — it's about building teams. * Lead and develop supervisors, leads, and operators * Drive performance through a high-accountability, high-recognition culture * Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching * Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members * Ensure teams are trained, prepared, and set up for success on every build Continuous Improvement * Identify and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S * Reduce waste, downtime, and production inefficiencies * Recommend process, staffing, and equipment improvements to scale operations Why Cristek?
