Salary: $160,000 - $230,000 per year.

We are in the Healthtech space! We’re looking for a strong technical leader — not a people manager who used to code, but someone who still can. This role is for a hands‑on Engineering Manager who has led teams of 5+ developers and brings both technical depth and practical leadership. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to ship scalable cloud‑based healthcare solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers
- Stay close to the architecture and technical decisions
- Drive execution, delivery, and quality
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product
- Establish practical engineering processes (without overcomplicating them)
Must have skills
- 5+ years in software engineering
- 2+ years leading teams of 5+ developers
- Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Background in healthcare or healthtech
- Hands‑on technical depth (architecture, system design, code reviews)
- Sound judgment and common sense in decision‑making
- Ability to balance velocity with quality
Nice to have
- Experience building cloud‑native healthcare platforms
- Startup or high‑growth environment experience
