M365 Developer

Description We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Developer to design, build, and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on Power Platform development, SharePoint customization, Teams integrations, and Dynamics 365 enhancements to improve business processes, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights. The M365 Developer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other developers to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities + Develop and customize solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams + Build canvas apps, model-driven apps, and custom connectors to meet business requirements + Integrate M365 solutions with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications + Design and implement automated workflows, business process automation, and reporting dashboards + Develop custom SPFx web parts, extensions, and Teams apps where required + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications + Maintain and update documentation, testing procedures, and technical specifications + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom M365 solutions and integrations + Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, Power Platform enhancements, and industry best practices Requirements + Strong experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate, Power BI + SharePoint Online development, customization, and integration + Microsoft Teams app development and integrations + Programming languages: C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell + REST API and Microsoft Graph API integration experience + Experience with Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors + Knowledge of security, governance, and best practices in M365 development + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field + 3-7+ years of experience in M365 or Power Platform development + Experience in full lifecycle development: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills + Ability to work collaboratively across IT, business, and project teams Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
