Role Description This is an internship role for a Manager at The Alumnatis Club. The Manager will manage day-to-day operations, collaborate with institutional partners, coordinate alumni networking events, and implement strategies to build and sustain effective alumni networks.

The role involves fostering relationships with stakeholders, analyzing the success of alumni programs, and brainstorming innovative community engagement initiatives. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru, requiring active participation in meetings and events, as well as overseeing team operations. Qualifications Team management and leadership abilities to oversee day-to-day operations and guide teams effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with alumni, institutional staff, and students. Project management and organizational skills to plan and execute successful alumni and community engagement programs. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for navigating challenges and identifying innovative approaches to alumni networking.

Familiarity with digital tools or platforms that support alumni engagement (e.g., event management or CRM systems) is an advantage. Passion for fostering meaningful connections and engagement within educational communities. A Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a related program is preferred but not required.
