As Manager, you are the guardian of our culture and the architect of our guest experience. You will oversee a high‑energy team and ensure that every guest who crosses our ‘Limin’ feels the heat of the islands, regardless of the London weather. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture: influence teamwork, nurture culture, maintain standards.
Operational Excellence: manage day‑to‑day operations, compliance, safety. Financial Acumen & Growth: drive profitability, manage budgets, identify growth opportunities. Ideal Candidate London Expert: 1+ years of management experience in high‑volume, premium casual London venues.
