Job title : ITAM Business Analyst Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai Duration : 12 months Job after that it is converted into full time Sector FSS Rate 400 Exp 3+ Job Description : *** Note - Resource should be available for F2F Interview *** The ITAM Business Analyst is responsible for supporting Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) initiatives to ensure accurate asset visibility, compliance, and cost optimisation across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: " Gather and document business requirements for SAM and HAM processes. " Analyse software and hardware asset data to identify compliance risks, cost savings, and optimisation opportunities. " Support software licence compliance activities, audits, and true-ups. " Maintain accurate hardware asset lifecycle records from procurement to disposal. " Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and vendors to align asset management processes. " Produce reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Key Skills & Experience: " Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT Asset Management. " Strong knowledge of SAM and HAM concepts, processes, and controls. " Experience working with ITAM tools and asset repositories. " Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. " Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
