Business Analyst We are looking for a Business Analyst I to support product, delivery, and other business teams by gathering business requirements, documenting user stories, and assisting in the analysis of business processes. The Analyst will also help present data in a clear and actionable format to support product decisions. Role responsibilities Participate in requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews.
Assist in writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria. Document business processes and maintain project documentation. Present basic data insights using Excel or PowerPoint to support product decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and development. Learn and apply best practices in requirement management and Agile methodologies. Skills & expertise Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communication, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Knowledge of gathering user requirements. Basic knowledge of software deployments and release management process.
Fundamental knowledge of Visio, Excel, and Jira. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a globally distributed organization. Experience in documenting processes and business requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
