Head of Commercial Marketing We are looking for a strategic commercial leader to drive the transformation of Plantations & Purple Patch Farms from a commodity-led plantation business into a premium, market-led agri enterprise. This is not a conventional marketing role. Key Responsibilities โ˜• Commercial & Revenue Leadership โ€ข Own price realization across all product categories โ€ข Build differentiated pricing strategies across: โ€“ Traders & Wholesalers โ€“ Modern Retail โ€“ HoReCa โ€“ Specialty Coffee Buyers & Chains โ˜• Specialty Coffee & B2B Growth โ€ข Build relationships with roasters, importers, specialty buyers & coffee chains โ€ข Position coffee as estate-specific, traceable & consistent in cup profile โ€ข Lead crop narratives, sample dispatches & contract negotiations Brand Storytelling & Digital Growth โ€ข Build premium origin stories around Western Ghats plantation heritage โ€ข Drive digital marketing & brand storytelling across B2C and premium B2B channels โ€ข Develop authentic packaging and communication reflecting sustainability, biodiversity & plantation authenticity โ€ข Scale online brand visibility through content, storytelling, partnerships & premium positioning Cross Functional Leadership โ€ข Work closely with plantation operations, supply chain & buyers โ€ข Lead market visits, buyer education & strategic partnerships โ€ข Act as the external voice of the company across markets and institutions. Ideal Candidate โœ” 8- 12 years experience in: Agri commodities | Fresh Produce | Food Exports | Specialty Coffee โœ” Strong exposure to: โ€ข Commercial negotiations โ€ข Estate/farm environments โ€ข Premium food or agri brands โ€ข Revenue-led market development โœ” Comfortable operating across: Plantations | Markets | Boardrooms โœ” A long-term value builder who respects land, labour & legacy.
