We offer health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of working full time (minimum 30 hours). After a year of continuous full-time employment, we offer two weeks of paid vacation taken at employees' regular rate of pay.

Job Purpose Tiny Boxwoods General Manager is responsible for directing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring all areas of operation are up to Tiny Boxwoods’ standard.
Duties and Responsibilities Oversees the management of all staff Responsible for restaurant financials, including P&L Responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding and training of all staff Has responsibility for all venue operations Ensures proper maintenance of appliances and overall appearance of the venue Ensures compliance of health code standards, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Ensures compliance of local and state regulations and requirements Oversees the planning and managing of all service, including advanced orders Completes appropriate HR paperwork in a timely manner, including collecting and copying required documents for I-9s and E‑Verify Responsible for and assisting with hiring and terminations Responsible for enforcing company policies and protocols Conducts staff performance evaluations timely, and provides constructive feedback Responds to e-mails and correspondence quickly and efficiently Attends and conducts weekly meeting with all levels of management Develops weekly training opportunities for pre-shifts Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail Promises to maintain the company’s brand and image through hard work, service, and sincere love of hospitality Works on special projects designated by Ownership Creates Front and Back of House weekly schedules Other duties as assigned Accommodations Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job, as required by law. Qualifications Qualifications include: Minimum two years of experience as a manager in a similar environment Ability to read and understand financial documents, including but not limited to Profit and Loss statements Excellent guest service and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to retain important information Willing to be available as needed Capacity to multitask and set priorities to align with company requirements Ability to work both individually and as part of a team Working Conditions The incumbent will be working in a quick service restaurant setting, directly with guests, as well in the kitchen. Occasional office work will also be required.
Potential hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required. Supervisory Responsibility This position is responsible for supervising Leads and overseeing the management of all other staff.
Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is required to speak, understand, read, and write clearly. They are frequently required to stand for long periods; walk for prolonged times; use hands and arms regularly. Due to close space, adequate vision is required.
The incumbent is occasionally required to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, and crouch. This position is very active and requires the ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and occasionally lift and move objects up to forty pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
